Duracraft Hand Tools—Lifetime Warranty

Duracraft Hand Tools have been designed and manufactured to provide a lifetime of dependable service and satisfaction. If they fail to perform properly due to faulty materials or workmanship, return them to your nearest Blain's Farm & Fleet store for a free replacement.

Power Hand Tools—Limited two year warranty

Duracraft power hand tools are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years against defects in workmanship and materials. Should your Duracraft power hand tool become defective within the stated warranty period, return it to the store with proof of purchase, and it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Duracraft power hand tools are not guaranteed if used for industrial or commercial purposes.

Power Bench Tools—Limited five year/two year warranty

All current model Duracraft power bench tools are warranted to the original purchaser thereof to be free from defects in material used in their manufacture or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial retail purchase. Labor on warranted parts will be covered for a period of one (1) year. This warranty does not cover any parts that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, alteration, overload, accident or normal wear of moving parts. Any machine or part that is returned to us, together with a sales slip or other proof of date of initial retail purchase, postage prepaid will be repaired without cost if the unit is found defective. Such repairs or replacement will be made within a reasonable time (not exceeding 60 days) following receipt of product by the manufacturer.

Motor warranty: All motors are subjected to the same condition as machines, and are warranted to the original purchaser for two (2) years from the date of initial retail purchase. During this period, any motor found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no charge.

Only the Duracraft manufacturer is authorized to perform warranty service to its products.
